Bank Sumsel Babel together with Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and several Other BPD again

distributed syndicated loans to PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. in the construction of Baturaja

II Cement plant with a total nominal value of Rp 1.7 trillion. This is a form of synergy between BNI

and Bank Sumsel Babel in maintain the production chain of PT Semen Baturaja, as a partner in this syndicate
Bank Sumsel Babel also provides support in the form of disbursement of credit to Semen Baturaja worth Rp 70 billion.

Bank Sumsel Babel is very welcome for this repackaging, can again participate and synergize together with

one of the partners STATE-owned enterprises operating in South Sumatra at the construction of the Baturaja

II Cement plant.  On this occasion, the signing of additional portions of syndicated loans amounting to Rp 80 billion

so that the total syndicated loans of Bank Sumsel Babel Rp150 billion.

Bank Sumsel Babel hopes that by repackaging it can help PT Semen Baturaja in increasing its production capacity,

so that indirectly also has an impact on increasing its sales nationally, especially in South Sumatra.
The signing of this Syndicated Credit Agreement was held at the Bank Sumsel Babel Head Office, on Tuesday, February 9, 2021.
Also present on the occasion was Ir. Jobi Triananda Hasjim, MSc - President Director of PT Semen Baturaja
and M Jamil, SE. Ak, MM - Finance Director of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk,
President Director of Bank Sumsel Babel Achmad Syamsudin, board of Commissioners, Board of Directors Division Leader
and Unit of Bank Sumsel Babel as well as representatives of BNI Bank, Leaders of Syndication Division
& Corporate Solutions, Rommel TP Sitompul through Zoom Meeting application.
