[Palembang, June 3, 2024] - Bank Sumsel Babel together with the South Sumatra Provincial Government held a renovation program for uninhabitable houses in order to commemorate the Anniversary of the South Sumatra Province.
The symbolic handover of the renovation program was carried out on Monday, June 3, 2024, which is expected to contribute significantly to improving the welfare of the people of South Sumatra. The presence of the Acting Governor of South Sumatra, Mr. Dr. Drs. H. A. Fatoni and the President Director of Bank Sumsel Babel, Mr. Achmad Syamsudin, became an important momentum in establishing synergy between the South Sumatra Provincial Government and Bank Sumsel Babel and several BUMDs in South Sumatra to advance the quality of housing and people's lives.
This collaborative step is in line with the efforts of the government and Bank Sumsel Babel to continue to play an active role in regional social and economic development, as well as a form of commitment to strengthening sustainable cooperation in order to realize positive changes for all levels of society.

Meanwhile, Rahmadi, a resident who received RTLH assistance welcomed the South Sumatra government and Bank Sumsel Babel program.
“We are very grateful for this RTLH assistance program. This program has really helped us in improving the quality of life of the community,” he said.
