Bank Sumsel Babel launches its latest service, Cardless Withdrawal, which has been approved by Bank Indonesia on July 29, 2024. This innovative service allows customers to withdraw and deposit cash without using an ATM card, making transactions more practical but still secure.
Sumsel Bank Babel has undertaken operational trials in the Palembang region, and in this week will continue to the entire region of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung. Currently, customers can use the Cardless Withdrawal feature on all ATM machines of Sumsel Bank Babel.In the future, Bank of Babel plans to establish cooperation with various banks so that this service can be used not only in ATM machines but also in other bank ATMs.In addition, customers from other banks will also be able to use the cardless withdrawals feature on ATMs of Summel Bank.

Usage:
Open the BSB Mobile app. Select the Transactions menu, then select Cardless transactions. Choose the type of transaction: Cash Deposit, Cash Withdrawal, or Transaction History. Select which account to use.
Enter the nominal transaction and MPIN. You will receive the code that can be entered in the ATM of Sumsel Bank Babel.
