Palembang, August 24, 2026 — Bank Sumsel Babel has once again taken a strategic step to optimize asset management by conducting the 2026 Second Simultaneous Auction.  This program, part of the "LeGO Aset" initiative, represents Bank Sumsel Babel's effort to ensure professional, transparent, and accountable asset management that delivers added value to both the Company and the community.  The 2026 Second Simultaneous Auction will be carried out in synergy with the State Assets and Auction Service Offices (KPKNL) across three regions: *KPKNL Lahat on September 16, 2026; KPKNL Palembang on September 28, 2026; and KPKNL Pangkalpinang on September 30, 2026*.

For this event, Bank Sumsel Babel is offering 61 collateral assets with a total reserve price of approximately IDR 30 billion. These assets are located throughout Bank Sumsel Babel’s operational areas and are being offered to the public via an official auction mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations.  This Simultaneous Auction is part of Bank Sumsel Babel’s ongoing efforts to optimize and resolve assets in a measured manner, while simultaneously strengthening the quality of the Company's asset management.  Transparency and regulatory compliance are key priorities for Bank Sumsel Babel in conducting the 2026 Second Simultaneous Auction.

The auction is being conducted through an official mechanism in collaboration with KPKNL, the authority responsible for organizing auctions. This mechanism ensures that the public and prospective bidders have open access to information regarding the auction assets and participation procedures. Ahmad Azhari, Head of the Special Asset Management Division at Bank Sumsel Babel, stated that the "Simultaneous Auction II 2026" reflects the Company's commitment to professional asset management while providing the public with broader access to information.

"The Simultaneous Auction II 2026 is part of Bank Sumsel Babel’s commitment to continuously optimize assets in a professional and transparent manner, in accordance with applicable regulations. We aim to provide the public and the business community with greater opportunities to acquire assets through an official auction mechanism," said Ahmad Azhari.  He added that holding the auction simultaneously is expected to expand the reach of information to prospective bidders, ensuring that the public not only learns about the auction items available but also understands the participation process and mechanisms.  According to him, information transparency is a crucial factor in building public trust.

"We hope that information regarding the auction items reaches a wider audience. With transparent information, prospective participants can study the assets of interest, understand the requirements, and follow the auction process according to established procedures," he added.  A total of 61 collateral assets are being offered in the Simultaneous Auction II 2026, providing options for the public and the business community seeking assets for various needs.
