DOC (Deposit On Call) is a fund that is stored in a checking account for a certain period of time under 30 days and may not be taken / withdrawn from the account by the customer. The implementation of the placement of these funds is adjusted to the request of the relevant current account holder, whether it remains in the current account (blocked), or transferred to the deposit on call account.

For Individual customers in the form of e-KTP / KK for Indonesian citizens and Passports by attaching KIMS / KITAS / SKTT / Certificate from the company where they work.
For Non-Individuals in the form of;
a.Power of Attorney for the appointment of account management
b.Proof of the management / authorized official (in the form of SK, appointment letter, composition of the management, approval of the board of commissioners as stipulated in the AD / ART, deed of establishment and its amendments
c.E-KTP / Passport of the giver and recipient of the power of attorney.

e.Articles of Association and Bylaws (AD/ART)

Deposits at Bank Sumsel Babel with a balance of more than Rp2,000,000,000,- (two billion rupiah) or that earn interest rates above the guarantee rate set by the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) are not included in the LPS guarantee program. If something happens to the Bank that causes risk to deposit funds, balances beyond the guaranteed limit will not get protection from LPS.
