Key Features/Facilities

  1. Savings Bond Retail (SBR) :The first type of SBN Retail is Savings Bond Retail (SBR). This type of Retail SBN can be purchased during the offering and can be kept until maturity time, unless the investor chooses to use the early redemption facility. This early redemption period is after one year of investment. The reward for SBR ownership is set on a floating basis with a minimum limit or floating with floor. 
  2. Indonesian Retail Bonds (ORI): Indonesian Retail Bonds (ORI) are state bonds that can be traded by retail investors. The state issues ORI with the aim of providing opportunities for the public to directly own and actively trade in state bonds. The ORI coupon is fixed and is also paid monthly. ORIs can be traded in the secondary market so that people or investors who buy them do not have to hold them until maturity, but can sell them in the market.
  3. Retail Sukuk (SR):  In general, Retail Sukuk is similar to ORI, but it is Shariah-based. The SR coupon is fixed and is also paid monthly. This Retail Sukuk will be sold to investors through sales agents. Where investors can trade in the secondary market so that the public or investors who buy it do not have to hold the SR until maturity, but can sell it in the market.
  4. Sukuk Tabungan (ST):  Structurally, Sukuk Tabungan is similar to SBR but is sharia-based. Sukuk Tabungan is sold to investors through sales agents with a minimum purchase of IDR 1 million. Sukuk Savings coupons are usually floating with floor and are also paid monthly. Sukuk Savings cannot be traded, but has an early redemption facility.

Procedure / Process Flow of Retail SBN Purchase

  1.  The customer performs the registration process through the online retail SBN system.
  2. The registration process is carried out on the online retail SBN system owned by the securities company in collaboration with the Regional Development Bank of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung by entering the NIK as listed on the e-KTP, cellphone number, active email and downloading the e-ID photo.
  3. The customer enters the OTP code sent to the customer's cellphone number.
  4. The customer completes the required personal data.
  5. The customer ensures that the data entered is correct and valid.
  6. The bank will verify the registered customer data through the CMS application system to check the validity and correctness of the KTP data, account number, customer name.
  7. If the data is verified and the registration is successful, the SID (Single Investor Identification*) and SRE (Securities Account Letter*) are automatically formed and the customer will receive a confirmation email containing a username and password to be used during the first login.  

Ordering

  1. The customer logs in for the first time to the securities company's online retail SBN system using the user ID and password sent to the customer's email.
  2. The customer is asked to change the password and create a new PIN.
  3. After successfully logging in, the customer performs the order process by completing the required data (filling in the bank name, filling in the retail SBN product to be purchased in the series column and entering the order amount).
  4. The customer rechecks the retail SBN order details and agrees to the available statements and then enters the PIN for order verification.
  5. The customer rechecks the order details and saves the billing code to make a payment which is only valid within less than 3 (three) hours after the order time.

Prospective investors / customers make payments to the Perception Bank through the MPN module using the available billing code within the specified time period.

  1. After completing the payment process, the customer will receive an NTPN (State Revenue Transaction Number).
  2. Customers can view the order status through the securities company's online retail SBN system on the “order list” menu. If the SBN order has been paid, the status will state “complete order”.
  3. Retail SBN is issued in scripless form, but investors/customers will be given a confirmation of ownership via email sent by the securities company.
