Requirements and Procedures for Opening an Account

  1. Individuals, namely individuals who have a business or individual business (shop, workshop, Trade Business / UD, etc.).
  2. Non-Individuals, namely:
     a. Business Entities, both Legal Entities (PT, Cooperatives, Foundations, etc.), as well as Non-Legal Entities (CV, Firma, etc.)
     b. Non-Business Entities, (Associations, Societies, Associations, Associations, Agencies, institutionsgovernment / social / education and others that are equated with it).
  1. For Individual customers in the form of e-KTP / KK for Indonesian citizens and Passports by attaching KIMS / KITAS / KITAP / KTP for foreigners / a certificate from the company where they work.
  2. For Non-Individuals in the form of;
     a. Power of Attorney for the appointment of account management
     b. Proof of the management / authorized official (in the form of SK, appointment letter, composition of the management, approval of the board of commissioners as stipulated in the AD / ART, deed of establishment and its amendments
     c. E-KTP / Passport of the giver and recipient of the power of attorney.
     d.    Deed of establishment and its amendments
     e. Articles of Association and Bylaws (AD/ART)
     f.    Licensing documents in the form of Business Identification Number (NIB) and licenses /Standard Certificates in accordance with applicable regulations.

Pesirah Savings Lottery Terms

Individual business pesirah savings account owners are included in the Pesirah savings lottery with the following conditions:

  1. Branch Office
     a. 1 unit of four-wheeled vehicle per organizing branch office
     b.  2 units of two-wheeled vehicles per organizing branch office
     c. 1 unit of Television per organizing branch office
     d.  1 unit laptop per organizing branch office
     e. 1 unit refrigerator per organizing branch office
     
  2. Sub-Branch Office
     a.  2 two-wheeled vehicles per branch office
     b. 1 Television unit per branch office
     c. 1 laptop unit per branch office
     d.  1 unit refrigerator per organizing branch office
     
  3. Points Calculation
     a. Every multiple of Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah) above the minimum balance is entitled to 1 (one) point for the Grand Prize Draw and other prizes.
     b. Every multiple of Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah) with an average minimum balance of Rp 5. 000,000,- (five million rupiah) is entitled to 1 (one) Grand Prize draw point.
     c. Every multiple of Rp 5,000,000,- (Five million rupiah) with an average minimum balance of Rp 25,000,000,- (Twenty-five million rupiah) is entitled to 1 (one) Super Grand Prize draw point.

Product Risk

  1. For the convenience and security of transactions, Customers are required to provide information and / or personal data that is true, accurate, and in accordance with actual conditions. In the event of errors or data discrepancies, the customer will be responsible for all risks or consequences arising.
  2. The customer is fully responsible for the confidentiality and security of the account, including PIN, password, and access to digital banking services (e-channel). In the event of misuse by other parties, such as data theft or fraud, the risk is fully borne by the customer. Make sure to always maintain the confidentiality of data and not give it to anyone, including those who claim to be Bank officers.
  3. Deposits at Bank Sumsel Babel with a balance of more than Rp2,000,000,000 (two billion rupiah) or that earn interest rates above the guarantee rate set by the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) are not included in the LPS guarantee program. If something happens to the Bank that causes risk to deposit funds, balances beyond the guaranteed limit will not get protection from LPS.
  4. Pesirah Business Savings interest rates are subject to change at any time in accordance with Bank policies and market conditions. This change may affect the amount of interest received by the Customer. Therefore, it is recommended to always monitor the latest information regarding interest rates in order to make informed financial decisions.
  5. In certain situations, banking services may be disrupted due to factors beyond the Bank's control, such as system disruptions, power outages, natural disasters, or government policies. The Bank will endeavor to provide the best solution under these conditions, but the Customer needs to understand that there is a risk of transaction delays or disruptions in certain circumstances.

Card Type & Limit

  1. If there are changes related to benefits, costs, risks, and terms and conditions of Pesirah Savings, the Bank will notify customers at least 30 working days before the changes take effect. This notification will be delivered by mail, website, or other media according to the Bank's policy.
  2. Customers can check their balance and transaction history at any time through Bank Sumsel Babel's digital banking services, such as mobile banking and internet banking.
  3. Customers can access the complete RIPLAY Tabungan Pesirah Bisnis document through the official website of Bank Sumsel Babel or by visiting the nearest branch office.
  4. Pesirah Business Savings accounts that have no transactions for 12 consecutive months will be categorized as dormant accounts.
  5. Pesirah Junior Savings accounts with zero balance and no transactions for 3 consecutive months will be automatically closed by the system.
  6. Closing the Pesirah Business savings account can be done through the nearest Bank Sumsel Babel branch office by bringing physical and / or digital KTP-el and Pesirah savings book.
  7. Pesirah Business Savings does not require the owner to have a business. All individuals and non-individuals who need its features are allowed to open a Pesirah Business savings account.
