Additional Information

  1. The Pesirah Savings Lottery is held once a year, namely in January for the Super Grand Prize and February for the Grand Prize (tentantive).
  2. The Super Grand Prize screening was attended by all Bank Sumsel Babel Pesirah savers and was drawn first before the screening of the Grand Prize and other prizes.
  3. Super Grand Prize is held centrally with prizes in the form of cash / house / other forms.
  4. Grand Prizes are held at each Branch Office / Sub-Branch Office with prizes:
     a. Branch Office
     - 1 unit of four-wheeled vehicle per branch office organiser
     - 2 units of two-wheeled vehicle per branch office organiser
     - 1 unit of Television per branch office organiser
     - 1 unit of laptop per branch office organiser
     - 1 unit of Fridge per branch office organiser
     b.    Branch Office
     - 2 units of two-wheeled vehicles per branch office
     - 1 unit of Television per branch office
     - 1 unit of laptop per branch office
     - 1 unit of Fridge per branch office
  5. Points Calculation
     a. Every multiple of Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah) above the minimum balance is entitled to 1 (one) Grand Prize draw point and other prizes.
     b. Every multiple of Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah) with an average minimum balance of Rp 5,000. 000,- (five million rupiah) is entitled to 1 (one) Grand Prize draw point.
     c. Every multiple of Rp 5,000,000,- (Five million rupiah) with an average minimum balance of Rp 25,000,000,- (Twenty-five million rupiah) is entitled to 1 (one) Super Grand Prize draw point.
     d. Lottery points are calculated based on the average daily balance divided by the number of days in the period.
  1. If there are changes related to the benefits, costs, risks, and terms and conditions of Pesirah Savings, the Bank will notify customers at least 30 working days before the changes take effect. This notification will be delivered by mail, website, or other media according to the Bank's policy.
  2. Customers can check their balance and transaction history at any time through digital banking services, such as mobile banking and internet banking.
  3. Customers can access the complete RIPLAY Tabungan Pesirah document through Bank Sumsel Babel's official website or by visiting the nearest branch office.
  4. Customers can open a Pesirah Savings account through Customer On Boarding (COB) Bank Sumsel Babel or come directly to the Bank Sumsel Babel branch office.
  5. Pesirah Savings accounts that have no transactions for 12 consecutive months will be categorised as dormant accounts
  6. Pesirah Savings accounts with zero balance and no transactions for 3 consecutive months will be closed automatically by the system.
  7. Pesirah savings account closure can be done through the nearest Bank Sumsel Babel branch office by bringing physical and/or digital KTP-el and Pesirah savings book.

Simulation

  • The results of fund development in Tabungan Pesirah are indicative. The final value of fund development results can be greater or lesser depending on the interest rate that applies during the saving period. The real value is what is recorded in the Bank's system.
  • Pesirah savings interest is credited to the customer's account at the beginning of each month, namely the 1st, except in December (credited on 31 December). In the simulation example, the total interest for February 2025 will be credited on 1 March 2025 to the customer's account. Pesirah Savings interest is subject to Income Tax (PPh) at a rate in accordance with applicable regulations.
