Micro, small, and medium enterprises in border areas with other countries;
Micro, small, and medium enterprises of retired Civil Servants, Indonesian National Army and Indonesian National Police or who have entered the retirement preparation period;
Micro, small, and medium enterprises that are not Civil Servants, Indonesian National Army, and Indonesian National Police;
Group of micro, small and medium enterprises which include: a. Business Group; or b. Gabungan Kelompok Tani dan Nelayan (Gapoktan);
Micro, small, and medium enterprises of workers affected by termination of employment;
Prospective Indonesian Migrant Workers who will work abroad;
