Risk
- In the event that Bank Sumsel Babel is unable to carry out instructions from customers, either partially or wholly due to events or matters beyond the power or ability of Bank Sumsel Babel, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, riots, equipment / systems / transmissions in a state of malfunction, the occurrence of electrical interference, telecommunications interference, government policies that prohibit Bank Sumsel Babel from providing services, as well as events or other matters beyond the power or ability of Bank Sumsel Babel, the customer hereby releases Bank Sumsel Babel from all kinds of claims of any kind and in any form.
- If the customer faces problems related to the SIM Card, mobile operator network, internet network on the cell phone, usage bills from the Mobile Operator, SMS fees, and value added services from the Mobile Operator, then the customer must contact the relevant mobile operator to resolve it.
- Bank Sumsel Babel may change the terms and conditions of use of this Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile Application at any time with notification to the customer through the means of information that the Bank considers good.
- The customer hereby declares that he/she is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile Application and the regulations applicable at Bank Sumsel Babel, including any changes, which will be notified by Bank Sumsel Babel to the customer through the means of information that the Bank considers good.
Procedure
Apply for facility services to the nearest Bank Sumsel
- Prepare savings book, ATM card and e-KTP
- Download Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile application (Google Play for Android-based mobile phones, or App Store for iOS-based mobile phones)
- Do self-activation through activation
- Click the activation menu on the main page of the application
- Input account number or ATM card number
- Create 8 characters New User id and New Password
- Create 6 Digit MPIN number
USER ID, PASSWORD, MPIN, OTP AND LIABILITY
- Password and MPIN may only be used by the Customer concerned.
- The customer must keep the MPIN and Password confidential by ;
- not disclose MPIN and Password to other people including to family members or people closest to the Customer;
- not store MPIN and Password in cell phones, other objects or any other means that allow MPIN and Password to be known by others;
- be careful in using MPIN and Password so as not to be seen by others;
- not use cell phone numbers, MPIN, and Passwords that are determined or chosen by others, or that are easily guessed such as birth dates or combinations thereof and telephone numbers.
- For customer security, then;
- OTP is valid for a maximum of 5 minutes;
- customers are not allowed to log in with the same Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile account on different cell phones; and
- Customers are limited to inputting the wrong User ID, password, MPIN and OTP a maximum of 3 (three) times, if they have exceeded the maximum error limit, the account will be automatically blocked.
- Any misuse of MPIN and Password is the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer hereby releases Bank Sumsel Babel from all claims that may arise, either from other parties, or the customer himself as a result of misuse of MPIN and Password.
- The use of MPIN and Password in Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile application has the same legal force as a written order signed by the customer.
- Customers can change the MPIN and Password at any time through the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile application.

- BSB Cash Top Up Limit: unregistered IDR 2 million/transaction, registered IDR 10 million/transaction (including maximum balance in the card)
- Customers are obligated to pay Bank Sumsel Babel all fees incurred due to the use of the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile Application, including transaction fees, taxes, and other fees.
- Payment for all fees incurred in connection with the use of the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile Application will be directly debited by Bank Sumsel Babel through the Account.
- Bank Sumsel Babel, with prior notification to Customers, reserves the right at its sole discretion to change, add, or withdraw the types of fees charged by Bank Sumsel Babel to Customers for each banking transaction through the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile Application.
- Customers are obligated to pay all fees, including taxes, as determined in accordance with the provisions of the law and government regulations/provisions that are the responsibility of the Customer.

- Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile is a Mobile Banking service from PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan and Bangka Belitung (Bank Sumsel Babel) that can be accessed directly by Bank Sumsel Babel customers through applications on cellphones using the internet network in accordance with the applicable provisions in Bank Sumsel Babel.
- Customer is an account holder at Bank Sumsel Babel whose personal data is recorded in the Bank Sumsel Babel record system.
- User ID / Username is an 8-character combination of numbers (0-9) and letters consisting of lowercase letters (a-z) and capital letters (A-Z) created by the customer independently through the application at the time of activating the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile service, which is required by the customer to enter / login to the application.
- Password is an 8-character combination of numbers (0-9) and letters consisting of lowercase letters (a-z) and capital letters (A-Z) created by the customer independently through the application at the time of activating the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile service which is required by the customer to confirm entry / login to the application.
- MPIN (Mobile Personal Identification Number) is a 6-digit combination of numbers (0-9) made by the customer independently through the application at the time of activating the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile service where MPIN is a combination of numbers (0-9).
- OTP (One Time Password) is a 6 digit combination of numbers (0-9) generated randomly by the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile application sent to the customer's mobile phone number via short message or SMS and used as authorisation for each Mobile Banking service transaction performed by the customer.
- HP is a mobile communication device in the form of a mobile phone or smartphone-based mobile phone used by the Customer to access the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile application, including the cellular service operator network used by the Customer.
- Mobile phone number (SIM Card) is the customer's mobile phone number that is registered and used by the customer to transact using Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile services.
- Short Message Service (SMS) is a service implemented by using a mobile phone to send or receive short messages.
- Registration is the process of registering Mobile Banking services carried out by customers through Customer Service in order to open Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile services.
- Activation is the process of activating the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile service carried out by the customer independently through the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile application on a mobile phone with a mobile phone number (SIM Card) that has been registered with Customer Service.
- Android is a Linux-based operating system developed by Android .inc with support from Google to run touchscreen mobile phones (smartphones).
- iOS is a mobile operating system developed by the Apple company and specifically for running iPhone, iPad and iPod devices created by Apple.
- Unregistered is a BSB Cash Card that does not record or register the holder's identity data.
- Registered is a BSB Cash Card that records or registers the holder's identity data on the system at Bank Sumsel Babel.
BLOCKING BANKSUMSEL BABEL MOBILE BANKING ACCOUNT
- Blocking of Bank Sumsel Babel mobile services can be done;
- at the customer's request; or
- by the system because the customer makes an error inputting MPIN and / or Password (Password) for 3 (three) times.
- Customer can block Bank Sumsel Babel mobile through Call Centre at 1500711 or through Customer Service officer at the nearest Branch Office/ Sub-Branch Office/Cash Office.
- To unblock/ reactivate the Bank Sumsel Babel mobile account, the customer can visit the customer service at the nearest Branch Office/ Sub-Branch Office/ Cash and re-activate through the Bank Sumsel Babel mobile application.

Simulation
- Every individual savings and current account customer of Bank Sumsel Babel is entitled to obtain and use the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile application.
- To be able to use the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile application, the customer must;
- have an active mobile phone number and registered in the Bank Sumsel Babel system;
- register at the nearest Bank Sumsel Babel branch office by bringing a savings book or ATM / Debit card and e-KTP or KK;
- install the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile application on the mobile phone, namely through Google Play for Android-based mobile phone users, or through the App Store for iOS-based mobile phone users;
- install the registered mobile phone number in the main / first SIM slot on the mobile phone (if the mobile phone uses dual SIM); and
- activate the mobile phone independently through the application.
Terms of Use
- The Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile application activation process can only be done on a mobile phone with a SIM card registered in the main / first SIM slot on the mobile phone (if the mobile phone uses dual SIM).
- During the registration and activation process, customers must have sufficient credit on the registered mobile phone number for SMS fees, and have a quota and / or internet data package.
- One mobile phone number can be registered for one Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile service account.
- One Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile service account can be used for more than one account with the same owner.
- When transacting using the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile application, the customer must fill in all the data required for each transaction correctly and completely.
- As a sign of approval, the customer must enter MPIN and OTP when making financial transactions and other transactions determined by Bank Sumsel Babel through the application.
- Every instruction from Customer through Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile application which is stored in Bank Sumsel Babel core Banking is true data and binds Customer, and is valid evidence of Customer's instruction to Bank Sumsel Babel to conduct the transaction in question, unless Customer can prove otherwise.
- Bank Sumsel Babel accepts and executes every instruction from the Customer through Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile application as a valid instruction based on the use of mobile phone number, MPIN and OTP. Bank Sumsel Babel has no obligation to examine or investigate the authenticity or validity or authority of the user of the mobile phone number, MPIN and OTP or assess or prove the accuracy or completeness of the instruction, therefore the instruction is valid and legally binding on the Customer, unless the Customer can prove otherwise.
- All transactions that have been instructed by the Customer to Bank Sumsel Babel through Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile application cannot be cancelled for any reason.
- For every financial transaction successfully conducted by Bank Sumsel Babel upon customer's instruction through Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile application, Customer will get transaction evidence in the form of screenshoot of successful transaction and report through electronic mail/email, as evidence that the transaction has been executed by Bank Sumsel Babel.
- Bank Sumsel Babel has the right not to carry out instructions from the customer through the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile application, if the customer's account balance is insufficient to carry out the transaction in question or the customer's account is blocked.
- Customer is obliged and responsible to ensure the accuracy and completeness of transaction instruction through Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile application. Bank Sumsel Babel is not responsible for any consequences arising from incomplete, unclear data, or inaccurate instructions from the Customer.
- The Customer agrees and acknowledges the validity, correctness, or authenticity of evidence of instructions and communications sent electronically by Bank Sumsel Babel, including documents in the form of computer records or proof of transactions carried out by Bank Sumsel Babel, computer printouts, copies or other forms of information storage contained in Bank Sumsel Babel. All means and or documents are the only legal and binding evidence of banking transactions carried out by the Customer through the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile application, unless the Customer can prove otherwise.
- By making transactions through the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile application, the Customer acknowledges that all communications and instructions from the Customer received by Bank Sumsel Babel will be treated as valid evidence even though the documents are not made in writing and or the documents are not signed by the Customer and Bank Sumsel Babel.
- Bank Sumsel Babel applies daily transaction limit for financial transaction through Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile application.
- The Mobile Operator has the right to charge the customer for each transaction, both successful and unsuccessful.
- Losses incurred due to errors and/or negligence of the customer for the use of Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile services are the sole responsibility of the customer and the Bank is not obliged to provide compensation.
- Losses that after investigation are the Bank's internal errors, the Bank will compensate for all losses incurred.
