Requirements and Procedures for Opening an Account

• Have a savings/current account at Bank Sumsel Babel
• Fill out the application form and sign the agreement
• Submit a photocopy of identity (KTP / SIM / Passport) and 3x4 cm photo
• Pay rent and key guarantee
• Provide block balance according to SDB size

  Description:

1. The rental fee is paid at the beginning of the rental agreement in one lump sum.
   
2. Late fees will be charged to the tenant's account if the tenant is late in paying the renewal rent.
3. The key guarantee is a fund that is blocked in the tenant's account and will be returned at the end of the rental agreement if there is no loss of keys during the rental period

Product Risk

• In the event of loss/damage of keys, the tenant shall pay the cost of dismantling and replacement.
• The stored goods are not insured by the Bank.
• The Bank is not responsible for any damage or loss due to disaster, crime, or force majeure.
• Illegal items may not be stored (firearms, narcotics, explosives, etc)

Simulation

• A tenant rents a medium size SDB:
  a.    Rental fee IDR 700,000,- + 11% VAT
  b.    Block balance of Rp15.000.000,-
  c.    Key guarantee Rp 700,000,-
  
• Money that must be provided by the tenant = IDR 16,400,000

Additional Information

• Tenants may rent a maximum of 3 units (individuals) or 5 units (non-individuals).
• SDB opening must be done together: tenant key + bank master key.
• If the rental period ends and the tenant does not renew, the Bank can dismantle the SDB with a Notary witness.
• Complaints can be submitted a maximum of 7 days after the incident.

• The Bank reserves the right to reject any application for account opening or other products if you do not meet the applicable terms and conditions.
