“Save and Earn Instant Cashback” is a program where you deposit funds into a Pesirah Savings Account (New NOA) and receive instant cashback benefits, with a maximum value of 2.48% of the deposit amount for a 7-month period (calculated proportionally).

2. When does the program run?

The program runs from July 24, 2025, to February 28, 2026.

3. Where is the promotional program available?

The promotion is available at all conventional Bank Sumsel Babel branches, and for Sharia Savings, there is the “Save and Earn Direct Rewards” program.

4. What is the minimum deposit amount for the fund placement?

The fund placement for this product must be sourced from fresh money with a minimum deposit amount of IDR 50,000,000 (fifty million rupiah) with no maximum limit.

5. What happens if a customer withdraws or redeems their funds before December 31, 2025?  

The customer is required to return all cashback received, along with any taxes previously borne by Bank Sumsel Babel.

6. What are the terms for deposits with a term of less than 7 months regarding cashback calculations, interest, and administrative fees?  

Cashback calculations will be made proportionally based on the agreed term. The funds will not earn regular (daily) interest and will not be subject to administrative fees.
