Bank Sumsel Babel Wins 1st Place at the 2024 Paritrana Award in South Sumatra

 Palembang, August 27, 2025 – Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan dan Bangka Belitung (Bank Sumsel Babel) has once again recorded an outstanding achievement. At the 2024 Paritrana Award for the Province of South Sumatra, Bank Sumsel Babel secured 1st Place in the Financial Sector Enterprise Category, recognized as the institution with the strongest commitment to supporting the implementation of social security programs for workers.  The award was personally presented by the Governor of South Sumatra, H. Herman Deru, to the Acting President Director of Bank Sumsel Babel, Festero Mohamad Papeko, at a ceremony held at Hotel Aryaduta, Palembang. 

In his remarks, Governor H. Herman Deru expressed his high appreciation to all institutions actively supporting the implementation of employment social security. He emphasized that this achievement reflects the real synergy between local government, business entities, and regional state-owned enterprises (BUMD) in improving the welfare of workers in South Sumatra.

As the provincial champion in the Financial Sector Enterprise Category, Bank Sumsel Babel will represent South Sumatra at the national stage of the Paritrana Award. This participation marks an important momentum to strengthen the Bank’s reputation as a regional development bank that not only excels in financial performance but is also visionary in building sustainable human resources.

Acting President Director of Bank Sumsel Babel, Festero Mohamad Papeko, expressed his pride in receiving the award.  “Winning 1st Place in the 2024 Paritrana Award for the Financial Sector Enterprise Category is the result of the hard work of everyone at Bank Sumsel Babel. We remain committed to continuously strengthening social protection for our employees through the consistent implementation of employment social security programs.
