Strengthening Synergy in Law Enforcement and Governance, Bank Sumsel Babel and the Bangka Belitung Islands High Prosecutor's Office Sign MoU

Pangkalpinang, November 11, 2025 —

Bank Sumsel Babel, along with all its branches in the Bangka Belitung Islands, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Cooperation Agreement with the Bangka Belitung Islands High Prosecutor's Office and all District Prosecutors' Offices in the region. This signing marks a shared commitment to handling legal issues in the civil and state administrative fields, while also strengthening governance and corruption prevention within Regional Development Banks (BPD).

This collaboration aims to create synergy between regional financial institutions and law enforcement officials in maintaining integrity, compliance, and professionalism in banking operations. Through this collaboration, Bank Sumsel Babel will receive strategic legal assistance in resolving civil and state administrative issues, while also strengthening the understanding and implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles across all levels.

On this occasion, the signing ceremony was held directly by the President Director of Bank Sumsel Babel, PPS, and the Head of the Bangka Belitung Islands High Prosecutor's Office, witnessed by branch managers and district attorneys throughout Bangka Belitung.
